Barry previously admitted that the pair had split because they were at different stages in their lives. "It's been challenging for their relationship since she started going on tour and has been gone a lot," a source said.

"Their schedules were not aligning," the source explained. "With all the time spent apart, it was hard to maintain a relationship amid her career exploding."

Since the pair parted ways, things have taken a nasty turn for the Saltburn star, forcing him to plead with fans to be respectful of him and his family. The star says he can only "sit and take so much" and that he felt it was necessary to respond to the hate after even his innocent grandmother's home was targeted.

"The messages I have received are something no person should ever have to read," Keoghan wrote. "Absolute lies, hatred, and disgusting commentary about my appearance, character, how I am as a parent, and every other inhumane thing you can imagine."

The 32-year-old added that people had been calling him a 'heroin baby' and criticizing how he grew up, dragging his mother into discussions, knocking on his grandmother's door, and waiting outside his son's home, attempting to scare him. "That's crossing a line," the actor wrote.

"Each and every day, I work harder to push myself on every level to be the healthiest and strongest person for that boy," he continued. "I want to provide opportunities for him to learn, fail, and grow. I want him to be able to look up to his daddy, to have full trust in me, and to know I will have his back no matter what."
