Boyfriends Being Exposed By Comparing Their Mushy Texts vs Their Savage Social Media Posts
They may be all talk on Instagram, but they're mushy as hell in text messages!
It's not a foreign concept that people tend to show only certain parts of their lives on social media. Usually, it's just the highlight reel: the good moments, the parties, the engagements, the nights out, the pregnancy announcements, the new relationships... all that good stuff.
However, it has come to the internet's attention that young men are shielding their followers from their seriously mushy side. They act bold in their social media posts, gently teasing their girlfriends, but then behave like total teddy bears in text messages to these same girlfriends.
The girls, however, are hitting back. Olivia O'Leary, a UVIC student in British Columbia, put her boyfriend on blast, labeling him 'cuddly and sweet' the moment the bedroom door closes, while saying he 'talks tough' on social media.
