Celebrity Parents Who Have To Pay An Insane Amount Of Money For Child Support
How rich are these people?
I'm sure someone can analyze why the world is so invested in celebrity relationships. A majority of us are up to date on who's dating whom in Hollywood, and we spend hours on social media speculating about which couples will make it or break it.
For some reason, celebrity relationships are always headline material. It doesn't matter if the reports are about spotting them unexpectedly while they're out on a date or rumors that their relationship is about to implode.
Our society has a morbid fascination with what happens in their lives, and we do our best to stay as updated as possible. It's borderline creepy at times, but it doesn't look like this "culture" is changing anytime soon.
Sometimes, the news is more serious when celebrity marriages end. Dozens of reports come out chronicling their relationship from its secretive beginning to its untimely end.
Who can forget Kim Kardashian's and Kris Humphries' $10 million wedding that was aired on TV? Only for it to end 72 days later while the whole world was watching.
It was a messy situation, but the effects were not as long-lasting. Unlike some celebrity marriages that end in divorce, neither Kim nor Kris had to sue anyone for child support.
It's not surprising that celebrity parents pay an insane amount of money to support their children. Given their income, it's understandable why the sum is so hefty, but boy, it's a lot of money.
We don't have an account for every celebrity parent who pays a staggering amount of child support. However, here are 15 famous people for whom we managed to find some reports:
1. Halle Berry
Halle Berry was initially ordered to pay $16,000 monthly to her ex, Gabriel Aubry, for the child support of their daughter, Nahla. According to recent reports, the actress contested this last year and managed to cut the payment in half.

The gas prices may be bad, but they are not celebrity-child-support bad. That amount of money is enough to make us regular people declare bankruptcy.
