Disney Animal Characters Reimagined As Humans In True-To-Original Illustrations By Talented Artist
She kept the style, shape language, and personality consistent with the original Disney film.
In the charming world of Disney, magic knows no bounds. The franchise provides endless inspiration to artists who want to relive the wonder and enchantment. According to motivational speaker Ed Mylett, "Creativity is the key to unlocking your potential," highlighting how Disney's rich storytelling and visual techniques spark the imagination and ignite the creative spirit within artists worldwide. With each character, scene, and melody, Disney offers a treasure trove of inspiration, beckoning artists to explore new realms of possibility and breathe life into their interpretations of timeless tales. They combine their creativity and artistic skills to create impressive works, such as human versions of Disney animals. One artist took on this task and intricately incorporated the details of the original Disney characters into the corresponding human versions she created. She goes by the name of s0alaina. According to the talented illustrator, she often thinks about what the Disney animals would look like if they were human beings. Today's post compiles images of the original characters alongside the corresponding artwork drawn by s0alaina. Scroll down to see some of the popular Disney animal characters in their human forms. I had LOADS of fun doing this!

Duchess and Thomas O’Malley in human form.
I think this one was harder because O’Malley is such a bulky character, both in face and build, making him look kind of funny as a human. Maintaining the 1900-1910s look was challenging for Duchess because her hair would look much better as a 20s girl, but I found an appropriate hairstyle.

Human Simba and Nala
“This is Nala! She’s my best friend!”I originally wasn’t going to draw them because I already have a favorite version of them as humans! But today I thought, “WHY THE HECK NOT!” So I did it.I try to keep character consistency with facial features and colors (with a bit of inspirational flair from the musical).

Dodger, Oliver, and Rita in human form.
The picture looked so unbalanced with just Dodger and Oliver, so I added Rita in there (because she’s one of my favorite animal characters).

"What you talkin' about, man? That's a primo wallet, man."I AM SO HAPPY TO FINALLY BE REDESIGNING TITO! My first design was a little sad and a little white, man... BUT NOW HE'S GOT THAT LATIN RHYTHM!

What inspired this undertaking was the lack of character consistency s0alaina observed in the works of other artists. The illustrator took it upon herself to create personified versions of the animals while retaining the style of their respective films and ensuring uniformity with the characters' features and shape language.
As you can see, the results were stunning.
