21 Photos Of Our Favorite Disney Princesses Reimagined With Various Body Shapes, And They Are Gorgeous
This body-positive artist has some stunning Disney character recreations in store for you.
People love to watch good movies at one point or another, but when it comes to Disney movies, they tend to grow on you, especially when you have kids around. We now have generations of children from all over the world who have grown up adoring Disney Princesses.
Not only do they adore them, but they also aspire to be like them by pretending to act like them and even dressing up as them. For quite a long time now, these Disney princesses have generally adhered to a similar style.
However, there’s one astonishing body-positive artist named Ali, who has chosen to change this traditional Disney style. She does this by reimagining an entirely different universe of body diversity and the portrayal of our favorite Disney Princesses. As noted by Dr. Madeline Levine, a child psychologist, “When children see diverse representations of beauty, they learn to appreciate their own unique qualities.”
Ali's primary objective behind this project is to help people feel confident, beautiful, and worthy just as they are at this moment. We've gathered some of her recreated artworks for your viewing pleasure.
So keep scrolling to check out her inspiring art! You can also show the artist some love by following her on all her social media handles to see more of her work.
