We've all grown up hearing about the "generation gap." You know, the difference in beliefs, opinions, and lifestyles between you and your parents and grandparents. It is unsurprising that there is a difference between generations; however, some people have a harder time accepting it than others.

What was true for your parents and their generation isn't always true for us. One area where this is especially evident is in terms of jobs and education. Older individuals just don't seem to understand that the economy is in a very different state for us than it was when they were our age.
