This Mom Takes Pictures Of Her Toddler Recreating His Uncle's Modelling Poses And The Result Is Just Too Cute

Oh! How we all wish we could be models one day, just posing for photos and getting paid for it. What a wonderful job that must be! However, it can get extremely competitive, especially if you have a rival who is much cuter than you. This happened to Aristotle Polites, a model from New York, when his 18-month-old nephew started recreating his modelling poses with the help of his mom, who is Aristotle's older sister and loves playing pranks on her younger brother. “We’ve always had a great younger brother/older sister relationship, lots of poking fun,” she said.

She told the Huffington Post how it all began: “The image of him with the shirt undone and his bare chest exposed made me laugh because he looked like he belonged on the cover of a romance novel.” She could not get the little one to keep his shirt on. “I took a picture and then realized I bet my brother Aris has a picture just like this on his Instagram page, which is filled with modeling photos,” she said. And it turns out he definitely had a similar picture! She sent it over to her family to judge who looks the best, and I think little Augie won.

It was the first of many and the beginning of the cutest photo shoot battle we have ever seen. Since then, they have created @babyandthebody, which is a joint Instagram account where they post all Augie vs. Aris poses.
