Citizens of the World Are Sending Powerful Messages of Resistance Against the Russian Invasion of Ukraine
The people of Ukraine need all the hope they can get from around the world.
Over a week ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin gave the green light to his troops to invade Ukraine. This unprovoked war took the whole world by surprise; no one expected things to escalate this quickly.
Many people were forced to leave their homes, pets, and most of their belongings behind due to the fear of being hit by Russian missiles. Sleep is no longer an option, considering the constant sirens and explosions.
The brave people of Ukraine are fighting back with their hearts and souls. While Ukrainian soldiers hold the front line, civilians are also doing their part to weaken the Russian army by either demoralizing them or attempting to break their spirits. It has been quite effective so far because you can’t really argue with the logic they’re using; it makes perfect sense, and disputing it is almost impossible.
People from all over the world are joining the Ukrainian people's struggle by sending small yet powerful messages to show them that we fully support them until the very end. Scroll down to check out the amazing messages of support from people all over the world and the Ukrainian people themselves.

It’s so great to see people from all over the world showing their support and backing the people of Ukraine in their struggle against the Russian invaders. These people’s lives have changed so drastically in such a short period; they never had a say in any of it, but they ended up finding themselves right in the middle of it.
Politicians don't suffer directly from the consequences of their actions; however, you, I, and other regular citizens are the ones who pay the price. It’s sadly the way things have always been, and I don’t see it changing in the near future.
