If you're a woman, then you've definitely experienced a situation like this. Someone you've met or interacted with in any way, shape, or form—even the most minor circumstance—takes that brief moment to decide that they think they have a shot. Now, it's not your fault; that's the first point.
You should never apologize for simply talking to someone. How else are you expected to get through the day? Yet, this continues to happen. When this woman received an unsolicited text message from a local mechanic she had interacted with that day, she took it upon herself to educate him.
