Social media is nothing new anymore, and every company worth its salt has a social media coordinator or team running their social media accounts for a variety of different purposes, whether it be sales, advertising, or customer support and relationship building.

Wendy's seems to use theirs for one thing and one thing only: making fun of other people and businesses on Twitter. Now, I don't know who runs the Wendy's page, but I would like to give that person a high five because they are generally known to be one of the funniest corporate pages on the internet.
