15 People Share Things That Annoy Them About Celebrities

And they are so right...

Celebrities can be fun to watch, but they can also be surprisingly easy to resent. A lot of that frustration comes from the gap between their public image and the way they actually behave, especially when privilege, fame, and entitlement start to show.

In this Reddit thread, people shared the celebrity habits that annoy them most, from inherited fame and rudeness to the constant pretending that stars live the same way everyone else does. The answers are blunt, funny, and sometimes painfully relatable.

Obviously, people are most irritated by celebrities pretending they are one of the regular crowd. The sentence “If I can stay home during the lockdown, so can you” has got to be one of the most annoying.

They are spending their lockdowns in luxury by the pool, while most people are cramped in small apartments. The problem isn’t that they spend time in their villas by the pool, the problem is that they are comparing themselves to the rest of the regular folks.

That comparison is exactly what gets under people’s skin.

People also seem fed up with the way fame bends the rules. Once celebrities get used to being excused, the whole thing starts to feel a little too predictable.

That kind of privilege can warp how they see the world, and it shows up fast when they start acting like nothing applies to them.

And that is usually where the backlash really starts.
