Cake Bake Shop's newest Disney World menu starts today, and the surprise item is $11 fries
Cake Bake Shop launched Cake Bake Social at Disney World on Oct. 12, with weekday cocktails, wine, sliders, fries and a dessert shake.
A restaurant that has become a lightning rod for Walt Disney World food prices is rolling out a new weekday afternoon menu. Cake Bake Shop began offering "Cake Bake Social" on Oct. 12, 2026, adding a limited selection of drinks, small bites and dessert from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
The update matters for Disney World guests looking for an afternoon stop at the shop, which has drawn criticism from fans over pricing since before it opened. The restaurant had already lowered posted menu prices ahead of its debut, and it recently drew more attention with a $275 Santa Claus Christmas Dinner. Now it is introducing what it describes as its own take on happy hour.
Cake Bake Social is available in the lounge and is pitched for people taking a break from the parks, walking Disney's BoardWalk, meeting a friend for a drink or simply wanting an afternoon escape. Reservations can be made through OpenTable, and walk-in bar seats are also available on a first come, first served basis.
The new menu includes three signature cocktails, each priced at $13. They are the Pink Lady Margarita with Corazón Blanco tequila, Crème de Pêche, guava and lime, the Cake Bake Shop Shake Up with Wheatley vodka, lemon and lemon bitters, and the Lavender Collins with Empress gin, lavender, lemon, mint and tonic.
Wine options are $10 each and include Bernier Val de Loire Chardonnay from France, Umani Ronchi Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Podere from Italy, and Saint-Hilaire Brut from France.
For food, guests can order pommes frites with three sauces for $11, choosing from garlic aioli, lemon aioli, basil aioli, ketchup, dijonnaise, ranch, rémoulade or pimento sauce. Pimento Burger Sliders are $16 and come with Certified Angus Beef, mini brioche buns, pimento cheese, pickles and a pimento cheese dipping sauce.
Dessert on the Social menu is a rotating Cake Bake Cake Shake of the Day for $10. The timing takes effect immediately, with the afternoon offering scheduled for Mondays through Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
