Former 'That '70s Show' Star Danny Masterson Relocated To Third Prison In Two Months
It was speculated that there may have been concerns for the actor's well-being.
Danny Masterson is back in the headlines again, and this time it is not about a sitcom rerun. The former That '70s Show star has been shipped to a third prison in just two months, landing at the California Men's Colony in San Luis Obispo after weeks at Corcoran State Prison.
Here’s the part that makes it feel extra grim: Masterson is already serving a 30 years to life sentence for two rape convictions, and his transfers have happened fast. He started the sentence at North Kern State Prison in Delano, moved to Corcoran in January, and now he is been relocated again, with parole not until June 2042.
And while the prison logistics were reportedly routine, the timing hits hard, because his divorce filing and custody shakeup with Bijou Phillips are unfolding at the same time.

The transfers, from North Kern to Corcoran and now to California Men's Colony, keep coming regardless of the headlines.
It is hard not to connect the dots when Bijou Phillips filed for divorce during his sentence, especially with custody of nine-year-old Fianna on the line.
Now that he has been transferred again, the parole clock still reads June 2042, but the family fallout did not wait.
