People Who Are Sick and Tired of Delusional Employers and Their Ridiculously Unrealistic Requirements
These people don't deserve to have employees.
Applying for jobs in this day and age is one of the worst experiences anyone can go through; the respect shown is never mutual, and it feels like a never-ending process whose sole purpose is to drain your energy and confuse you. The requirements that employers have are not only unrealistic, but they are also ridiculous and show that whoever requested them has absolutely no shame.
Companies have all the power and know that people rely on them for their livelihoods, accepting things they don't necessarily feel comfortable with. However, people are starting to stand up to them and quit complying with their every demand.
Many hiring managers are beginning to realize that candidates are rejecting their offers more than before, so now, the only choice they have is to lower their expectations and be nicer to people. As long as individuals continue to recognize their worth and not settle for anything less than what they deserve, things will continue to evolve.
The people in the posts below are sick and tired of the ridiculously unrealistic requirements companies have and have decided to expose them online. Scroll down and check out some infuriating posts shaming employers and revealing their delusions.

Hopefully, more and more people will start valuing themselves and accept nothing less than they deserve.
