Disney Believe maiden voyage sells out before public booking begins
Disney Believe's first sailing is gone before public booking opens. Here is who can still book, what remains, and the key dates.
The hardest Disney Believe reservation is already off the board. Disney Cruise Line's first sailing for the new ship sold out during Castaway Club early booking, before the general public gets access on October 19.
The first voyage filled during member presales
The Disney Believe maiden voyage is no longer available after selling out during the Castaway Club early booking window. Reservations for the ship opened October 12 for Pearl members, with additional Castaway Club tiers getting access on following days. By October 14, the first sailing had filled while booking was still limited to Pearl, Platinum, and Gold members.
That sold out trip is a five night Bahamian cruise sailing December 18 to 23, 2027 from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale. The itinerary includes Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, Disney Castaway Cay, and Nassau, Bahamas.
Starting rates for the maiden voyage began at $6,444 for two guests, including taxes, fees, and port expenses. Before the sailing was fully listed as unavailable, an oceanview room briefly appeared at $8,014, but trying to reserve it led to an error page.

What Disney fans can still book, and when
The sold out status may not be permanent. Staterooms could return if guests cancel or change plans. Disney's booking rules for this sailing include a non refundable 10 percent deposit due by 11:59 p.m. Eastern on the day of booking. Final payment is due 120 days before sailing for suites and Concierge staterooms, and 90 days before sailing for all other categories.
For everyone still trying to get aboard the new ship, the rest of the inaugural season remains open. Disney Believe's first season includes 29 sailings from Fort Lauderdale through May 6, 2028, which means 28 other departures were still available. Silver Castaway Club members, eligible Disney Vacation Club members, and Adventure Insiders can book starting October 15. General public booking opens October 19.
Rates on other inaugural sailings start at $2,683 for two guests on the four night cruise departing January 20, 2028. Disney Vacation Club members also have a separate First Wave option, a five night sailing departing January 5, 2028, with phone booking opening November 21 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern.
The ship itself is Disney Cruise Line's fourth Wish class vessel, following the Wish, Treasure, and Destiny. Disney has said it will feature a Moana inspired Grand Hall, an Encanto signature stage show, a new Frozen dinner show, the Haunted Mansion Parlor, Inside Out: Joyful Sweets with Inside Out 2 theming, and a Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs lounge.
