That's what the Jakarta-based artist, Andhika Muksin, accomplished. Her main tool was Photoshop, which helped her merge the two worlds and create an alternative universe where human beings and Disney characters coexist simultaneously.

Muksin exploits her excellent Photoshop skills by masterfully blending our favorite Disney characters into celebrity photos. She managed to make the blend as perfect as possible, and if it weren't for the obvious animations, you wouldn't even notice the difference. That's how good the pictures below are.
