Artist Creates Magical Photo Illusions At Disneyland With Paper Cutout Silhouettes
These intricate designs are truly magical
Disney fans already know the parks can feel magical, but artist Keith Lapinig takes that feeling to another level. With nothing more than paper cutouts and a sharp eye for perspective, he turns familiar Disney landmarks into playful illusion scenes that look straight out of a dream.
Lapinig, an Interactive Design Manager at Disney, travels to parks around the world and uses those visits to create and photograph his silhouettes. From Maleficent looming over Sleeping Beauty Castle to Spider-Man swinging through Avengers Campus, his work blends classic characters, park settings, and clever composition in a way that keeps people scrolling.
His latest creations show just how much inspiration Disney parks can offer. Read on.
