Disney princesses have been reimagined in countless ways, but this artist’s take gives them a fresh elemental twist. Joel DuQue, who shared the project on DeviantArt, imagined familiar characters as magical forces tied to their personalities.

The lineup includes princesses like Jasmine, Mulan, Rapunzel, and Belle, each redesigned with a specific element that fits their story or energy. Some choices are obvious, while others lean into a more creative interpretation, which makes the whole series fun to compare.

Later on, he decided to assign the title of elemental earth to Princess Jasmine and Kida.
