Disney Springs Blaze Pizza Leaves Its Cheapest Pie Alone, Raises Other Prices and Replaces 8 Pizzas

Blaze Pizza at Disney Springs raised most prices, cut eight signature pizzas and rolled out a new lineup effective immediately.

One of Disney Springs' quicker pizza stops just changed in a big way. Blaze Pizza has raised prices on most of its menu, swapped out all eight of its signature pizzas and made several side menu changes, effective immediately.

What changed at Blaze Pizza

The biggest shift is in Blaze's build your own pricing. A full Build Your Own pizza is now $13.50, up from $11.95. The two topping option rose from $10.95 to $11.95, and the one topping pizza climbed from $9.95 to $11.50. Only the Simple Pie stayed where it was at $7.95.

That leaves the gap between the cheapest pizza and the next step up much wider. Moving from a Simple Pie to a one topping pizza used to add $2.00. Now it adds $3.55. Another comparison shows how sharply the menu moved: the old two topping pizza cost $10.95, while the new one topping pizza costs $11.50.

Blaze also retired its entire previous signature lineup. Art Lover, BBQ Chkn, Green Stripe, Hot Link, Meat Eater, Red Vine, Veg Out and White Top are gone. In their place are Margherita, Carnivore, Meatball Pie, Blazed BBQ, Four Cheese, Herbivore, a $16.58 Vegetarian Pizza on gluten free cauliflower crust, and a $15.50 Vegan Pizza. Most of the new signature pies are priced at $13.50, compared with $11.95 for the old group.

Beyond pizza, cheesy bread went from $8.25 to $9.50, and Pesto Garlic Cheesy Bread was discontinued. The Simple Salad and Citrus Berry Salad were replaced by a $9.95 side salad and a $12.50 entree salad.

Who it affects, and why Blaze says the menu shifted

For Disney Springs visitors using Blaze as a lower cost meal stop, the increase is easy to feel. A group of four ordering four full build your own pizzas and one cheesy bread would now pay $63.50 before drinks or tax. That same order previously cost $56.05. Four Simple Pies, however, still total $31.80.

Guests who need alternative crusts are hit harder. Gluten free dough still adds $3, high rise dough adds $3.50, and cauliflower crust adds $4. That puts a cauliflower Build Your Own at $17.50.

Blaze has framed this as part of a broader chain-wide revision rather than a Disney Springs only move. The company introduced its "Chef Inspired" signature collection nationally on May 29, 2024. Christian Kuhn, Blaze's marketing chief at the time, said the older signature pizzas made up 7 percent of sales and had drifted away from build your own pricing in a way that confused customers. He also said the new Carnivore includes twice the pepperoni of the old Meat Eater, 50 percent more meatballs and added ham.

For Disney fans heading to Disney Springs now, the practical takeaway is simple: the budget option that stayed the same is the Simple Pie, while most upgrades around it cost more starting immediately.
