Why Gargoyles and Halloweentown are leading Disney Store's next villain shirt drop
Disney Store's Bobby Kim Baddies shirts arrive Oct. 15 with Gargoyles, Halloweentown, Jafar, Vanessa and more villain designs.
Disney Store's next Bobby Kim release is pulling from a more unexpected corner of the vault. The new "Baddies" collection turns villains, spooky imagery and 1990s favorites like Gargoyles and Halloweentown into eight T-shirts that go on sale online Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. Pacific, or 9 p.m. Eastern.
What is changing on Oct. 15
Disney has announced Collection 2 in its Disney | Bobby Kim T-shirt line, and this round shifts from broad Disney classics to villain-focused designs with a Halloween tilt.
Disney says the release includes eight shirts. The artwork revealed so far features Goliath from Gargoyles, a Halloweentown design built around a large jack-o'-lantern, Skeleton Mickey, Magica De Spell from DuckTales, Donald's Better Self with Donald shown as both an angel and a devil, Genie Jafar from Aladdin in an all-over print, and Vanessa, Ursula's human form from The Little Mermaid. Disney's announcement also calls out Maleficent and Cruella de Vil.
The collection launches at DisneyStore.com on Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. Pacific. Prices have not been announced.

Why these picks stand out, and who they are for
The new drop appears aimed squarely at Disney fans whose nostalgia runs beyond the most repeated characters and films. Kim has said Gargoyles was especially meaningful to his generation, which grew up with The Disney Afternoon, the after-school animation block that also included DuckTales. Gargoyles originally ran from 1994 to 1997.
Halloweentown brings in a different kind of Disney memory. The Disney Channel movie first aired in 1998 and starred Debbie Reynolds as the grandmother who is revealed to be a witch. Kim has described that shirt's look as spooky, a little mysterious and still kid-friendly.
Kim, known to streetwear fans as a co-founder of The Hundreds, joined Disney Consumer Products in March 2025 as vice president of creative. He now serves as Disney's vice president and global creative director, and this shirt line is built around memories tied to Disney movies, shows and parks.
That matters for shoppers watching this release closely. The first Bobby Kim collection, called Classics, debuted around D23 in August with six shirts, including Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey from Fantasia, Oliver & Company, The Little Mermaid, Lady and the Tramp, Scar with Shenzi, Banzai and Ed, and Mickey Mouse. Parts of that rollout were sold in limited windows and while supplies lasted. Disney has not said how many shirts will be available in Collection 2.
