Disney villains have a way of stealing every scene, even when they are plotting something terrible. That mix of charm, style, and menace is exactly why fans keep coming back to them.
Character designer Audrey Hopkins decided to flip that idea on its head by reimagining famous Disney villains as princesses. She shares the transformations on TikTok, and the results have sparked plenty of reactions online.

Gaston - Beauty and the Beast

Eventually, his obsession transforms him from a harmless egocentric into a ruthless killer. His anger culminates when he discovers that Belle has chosen the Beast over him. He is one of the most infamous villains in the Disney universe.
Gaston’s makeover gives the character a very different kind of presence.

Hades is the main villain of Disney’s Hercules. He is the God of the Underworld with a nasty temper and a deep grudge against his brother, Zeus. Hades devises a plan to take over Mount Olympus and the universe, but one prophecy foretells that a hero will defeat him.

Jafar is the villain in Disney's Aladdin. He is the Royal Vizier of Agrabah and the Sultan's advisor. In public, he appears incredibly loyal to the Sultan, but in reality, he despises him and wants to take his place.
Jafar has devoted his life to finding the magic lamp and the genie who resides within it. Controlling the genie would enable him to seize the throne and dominate the entire world.

Dr. Facilier - Princess and the Frog

k.a. the Shadow Man) is the villain in Disney’s The Princess and the Frog. He is an immoral, persuasive witch doctor who plots to rule New Orleans by using his “friends on the other side.”
Coming from a poor family, he grew to resent the rich and successful. His greatest object of hatred was the most powerful man in the city, Eli “Big Daddy” La Bouff.
Facilier attempted to defeat his rival using voodoo and even offered the souls of New Orleans’s citizens as a reward to his “friends on the other side.”
This one may be the most dramatic transformation of the bunch.
