In a recent interview, he mentioned that he's noticed differences between human faces, but since he knows his face so well, he's able to change it and achieve the results he expects. That said, in 2019, Alexis landed himself in controversy by transforming himself into a lookalike of Kylie Jenner's baby.

This didn't sit well with both his and Kylie's fans, as they questioned whether what he was doing was "all for publicity." Nevertheless, Alexis is a force to be reckoned with in the drag world.
