It's a fair deal that doesn't require much effort. It takes no money and a negligible amount of time not to be an a-hole, but unfortunately, some people still prefer being a menace to society and their neighbors.

Dealing with nasty neighbors is the worst thing since you live right next to them, so there's no escape. Unless you move out, you must deal with their bs and try to make the best of it.
