Internet Users Shun Reboots And Name Movies That They Would Love Filmmakers To Tell From A Different Perspective Instead
"Imagine watching Transformers from Megatron's perspective?"
Hollywood keeps leaning on reboots, remakes, and familiar franchises, and plenty of viewers are clearly tired of it. The bigger draw, at least for this crowd, is a fresh take on a movie they already know.
That is the idea behind this discussion, where internet users shared the films they would rather see retold from another character's point of view. Some picks are funny, some are surprisingly smart, and a few would completely change how the story feels.
From villains to side characters to overlooked background players, the suggestions show just how much fun a different perspective can be. Read on.

There's no denying that we, as viewers, have an element of curiosity. Many of these films that undergo reboots are considered classics. As a result, we're interested to see if the resulting film is even remotely as good as the original.
In reality, the response is almost always a resounding no! When was the last time you saw a modern remake and thought, "Wow, this is so much better than the original!"? No, it's more than likely not.
Maybe filmmakers need to consider a new approach: remaking movies from a different perspective.
