Seeing These Disney Princesses Illustrated In Wedding Gowns Might Give You Wedding Fever
Here comes the bride!
Disney fan art can turn a familiar fairytale into something fresh, and this wedding gown series does exactly that. Illustrator Vickie S. Chau reimagined ten Disney princesses in dresses that blend bridal elegance with the characters' original worlds.
Chau, a storyboard artist, character designer, and illustrator from San Francisco, created the collection while she was especially drawn to wedding-themed ideas. Her concept was to give each princess a gown that felt historically accurate or culturally inspired, while still echoing the official Disney look.
The result is a dreamy mix of nostalgia, fashion, and fairy-tale detail, and each design makes it easy to see why the series caught so much attention.
