Ryan Gosling's Tanned and Blonde Ken in New Barbie Film Divides People on Twitter
People are taking sides on whether he looks good or not.
Ryan Gosling's Ken is already doing what Barbie movies do best, getting people talking. This time, though, it is not the plot that has Twitter divided, it is the look.
Greta Gerwig's live-action Barbie stars Margot Robbie as Barbie and Ryan Gosling as Ken, a casting choice that sounded unexpected from the start. Now that photos of Gosling in character are out, some people are loving the blonde, tanned makeover, while others cannot get over how different he looks.
The reactions are loud, funny, and all over the place, and the internet has plenty to say about it.
Just to be clear, this is the look that has everyone going bonkers
wbpicturesThe look is already splitting opinion online.

It's easy to understand why Ryan Gosling's role as Ken would spark a discourse on the internet. Sure, he has taken on teen heartthrob roles before, but in the past few years, his roles have mostly been serious, and suddenly, bam, we're hit with this.
It's surprising, and it will probably take a moment for the world to adjust. At least by the time it does, the movie will be released, and maybe everyone can view it, hopefully, with unbiased eyes.
