Man’s Story Inspires 35 People To Share Their Experiences With Customers That Left Them In Shock
This guy tweeted a discussion with a customer that he will not forget anytime soon.
Some customer service stories stick with people long after the shift ends. This one started with a simple restroom check at Starbucks, but it turned into a moment Terence Wiggins could not shake.
Wiggins, a writer and host, shared the encounter on Twitter after a woman snapped at him when he knocked on the women’s restroom door to see if it was occupied. He asked others in service jobs to share their own unsettling customer experiences, and the replies came fast.
What followed was a flood of stories that showed just how strange, tense, and unforgettable customer interactions can get. Read on.

When the tweet began piling up likes left, right, and center, Terence was exceptionally amazed when it almost reached 10K for both likes and quoted tweets. He has a modest follower base, but the tweet went beyond the standard metric.
Regardless of the case, there are heaps of stories of clients who are less favorable from individuals who work in these industries. Got one to share?
