40 Times People Vent Their Sincere Frustrations About Work, And They Are Quite Relatable
The way you choose to spend your days is, obviously, how you choose to spend your life.
The way you choose to spend your days is, obviously, how you choose to spend your life. Given that the average individual spends one-third of their adulthood at work, it is only natural that they seek a sense of fulfillment and happiness there.
Unfortunately, that is not always the case. There are many ways organizations make the lives of their employees miserable, including a lack of training and two-way communication, overly strict policies, toxic employers, low wages, and the list goes on.
With their unreasonable job requirements and hostile interviews, some companies even find ways to get under people's skin even before they hire them. How can an employee work so hard, put in extra time and effort, and yet see all the benefits go to the employers?
It is incredibly frustrating that people are not being paid what they are worth, yet they are expected to work tirelessly without any additional compensation. Many of these disappointed individuals turn to various online platforms to voice their frustrations.
In our attempt to summarize the current job market and working conditions, we have compiled a list of complaints we found online, the most validated by employees. Below, you'll find 40 tweets from the working class.

I won’t lie; some of these things are downright annoying because it’s not fair to treat employees this way. It’s not difficult to actually pay your workers what they’re worth, just like the CEO who cut his salary, and everyone still benefited massively.
