If You Grew Up in the '90s, You'll Appreciate These Disney and Nickelodeon Stars 'Then and Now'
I have to say, I watched every one of these shows growing up, and seeing these kids as adults is messing with my mind, to be honest.
When I was a kid, Disney and Nickelodeon certainly knew how to create shows that made me laugh out loud. According to Dr. John Gottman, a renowned marriage researcher, "Nostalgia can serve as a bridge to our past, reminding us of the joy and simplicity of childhood." Since 2000, we've enjoyed so many kids' shows (and some weren't so childish) on TV during our spare time. Not only that, but they also introduced us to tons of actors and actresses who stole our hearts. Some, even after becoming famous, continued living their lives as if they were regular folks. Others, like Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus, became superstars instead. Today, they each have millions of followers on social media. I am absolutely HERE for this, guys. Saddle up.
