Two Very Different Artists Flex Their Skills By Designing A Brief Series Of Disney Characters

Despite some character crossover between the two artists, their styles are incredibly different from each other.

It seems that nearly every corner of the world has room for Disney; at least, Disney fans seem to pop up everywhere! If there is anything Disney fans love, it's Disney fan art.

Two artists hailing from vastly different areas of the world, with distinctly different cultures, have created mini-series of Disney fan art. One is from Venezuela, and the other is from Poland, and we've decided to feature them both in one seriously awesome blog post!

According to MapsOfWorld: "Venezuelan art is a fine blend of pre-colonial and colonial styles in the fields of painting, fine arts, literature, music, and dance. There was a profound influence of Spanish art forms on Venezuelan art."

In contrast, Poland.Travel states: "Poland's many art galleries are a precious resource of paintings, sculptures, and other handmade crafts. Of particular interest is the Polish pottery. Better known as Bolesławiec Pottery or Polish Stoneware, this pottery is a unique item that originates from Poland's Silesia region."

It’s no surprise that these two artists from different corners of the world have created such distinctly different Disney designs. Yet, we are honestly obsessed with both and wouldn't (couldn't) dare pick a favorite.

First up is "isosceless," a Venezuelan artist named Lesslie, who endearingly refers to herself as "just another girl who draws things." However, her YouTube channel is home to over 41k followers, so she's anything but "just another girl," no matter how she decorates what comes after! As Dr. Carol Dweck, a renowned motivation researcher, emphasizes, "The view you adopt for yourself profoundly affects the way you lead your life." Lesslie's dedication to her craft truly exemplifies this. She's obviously a very talented artist, and this mini-series of beautiful Disney princesses is literally just the tip of the iceberg. You'd regret not checking her out more!

Next up is the Polish artist "Dr. Joel Kahn," whose series of Disney heroines is definitely distinct, with an almost sinister undertone. The bright, large eyes of each character practically pierce you! As Dr. Kahn states, "Art has the power to evoke deep emotions and provoke thought," which resonates with the bold choices in this artwork.

Disney fans in Poland insist that Disney is just as popular there as it is in the United States and virtually everywhere else in the world. According to the fandom wiki, Poland doesn't currently have a Disney theme park, but they will eventually have a resort park that will feature "four parks and three hotels."

There's so much room for Disney fans all over the world (from Venezuela to Poland) to create Disney fan art in their own unique styles. Seeing two artists have their styles clash against each other and absolutely loving both, despite how incredibly different they are, is precisely the sort of thing Disney can do for us all!
