40 Unwritten Rules That Cause Arguments And Conflicts When People Fail To Follow Or Ignore
When common sense isn't common sometimes.
Every person has his or her own way of living, just as every family has its own traditions. On a larger scale, societies also have their own cultures that are followed by their members.
Growing up, children adapt to the kind of environment they are exposed to and acquire the values of the people around them. These values help them determine what actions and behaviors are acceptable and what are not.
This identification aids them in deciding how to respond to different situations, but there are also other factors that affect each person's personality and attitude, as family members are not entirely the same, even if they live together.
This is also reflected in the responses made by Redditors on a thread posted by HAXposed, which garnered 48 thousand upvotes and 27.5 thousand comments. People have shared different scenarios where the things that are supposed to be known as "common knowledge" do not appear to be known by some.
Considering that everyone has a unique background in life, one can understand that there are things that people who live in the same society won't agree on. However, values like respect, kindness, and caring for others are universal, which makes these individuals annoyed by those who fail to recognize what a basic human being should know.
