Many of Oksana Trunova’s clients have asked her to change their appearance without specifying any particular wishes or looks. This has allowed the makeup artist to be creative.
She decided to team up with hairstylist Olga Tarasova and freestyle these transformations to achieve the best possible results. The team is doing a fantastic job, and their list of satisfied clients is growing longer every day.

"I call this project 'Blind Makeovers,' and I started it five years ago," Oksana told reporters. "I came up with this concept after working in a beauty salon and seeing women come in and tell me to 'do something' without knowing what they wanted."
She then began studying women on the street, attempting to imagine what she would change about their appearance. This enables Oksana to continually come up with new concepts that she and Olga can later apply whenever a client asks them to be creative.

A standard "blind" makeover includes makeup, a haircut, hair coloring, and a photograph. "Girls and women visit us from different corners of the country," Oksana says.
"We talk, and Olga and I always find out about their hobbies and other interests that could give us insight into their likes and dislikes regarding their looks. Then, we cover the mirrors and start creating." The customers can only see themselves after the job is done.
