Oksana called this project "Blind Makeovers," and she started it five years ago. She came up with the concept after working in a beauty salon and seeing women come in and tell her to "do something" without knowing what they wanted.
She then began studying women on the street, attempting to imagine what she would change about their appearance. This enables Oksana to continually come up with new concepts that she and Olga can later apply whenever a client asks them to be creative.

A standard "blind" makeover includes makeup, a haircut, hair coloring, and a photograph.
Girls and women visit them from different corners of the country. They talk, and Olga and Oksana always find out about their hobbies and other interests that could give them insight into their likes and dislikes regarding their looks. Then, they cover the mirrors and start creating. The customers can only see themselves after the job is done.
