While it might seem that this isn't true considering how some celebrities look the same even after 20 years (Will Smith, we're looking at you), we have some pictures here that show otherwise. According to Dr. Alexandra Solomon, a relationship therapist, "Our perceptions of celebrities are often shaped by their public personas, which can create a disconnect between their real aging process and our expectations." Usually, we remember a celebrity the way they looked when we first discovered them. So for someone like Robert De Niro, who was already quite old during the peak of his career, most of us have an image of an older Robert in our heads when we think of that name. Because of that, it would be fascinating to see a photo of such celebrities in their youth. That's probably the exact thought that TikTok user h_e_i_d_ii had before deciding to create some videos on the topic. The people of TikTok loved her videos, which encouraged her to create more than 45 videos with this theme. We aren't surprised that others welcomed this sort of content, and some of her videos reached millions of views. It's crazy just how much some of these celebrities have changed with age! I swear, some of them are completely unrecognizable.
