Ashton Kutcher addresses long-standing rumor he and wife Mila Kunis 'don't shower'

Ashton Kutcher just tried to put out a very specific internet fire, the one sparked by years of rumors that he and Mila Kunis “don’t shower.” The claims have been floating around since Kunis talked about her bathroom routine on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert back in July 2021, and somehow they turned into a full-blown mystery show.

On that podcast, Kunis said she doesn’t wash her whole body with soap every day, but she does wash the “pits and tits and holes and soles.” Kutcher hopped in too, saying he washes his armpits and crotch daily, and nothing else, then referenced his trusty bar of Lever 2000. The couple also admitted they don’t bathe their kids every day, and that is when the comment section went feral.

Now, in a joint interview with Anthony Ramos and Jeremy Pope, Kutcher is finally addressing the “Does he stink?” wave that followed them for years.

The debate really escalated when the couple said their two kids do not get a daily bath, turning family hygiene into internet entertainment.</p>

By the time Kutcher sat down with Anthony Ramos and Jeremy Pope on January 19, the “They don’t shower” storyline had gotten so loud he had to directly respond to it.</p>

“It’s just one of those where, for better or for worse, as a family and the kids have all kind of embodied bodily function as a very standard norm.”
