Artist Reimagines Baymax as Other Disney Characters, and to No One's Surprise, He Is Still the Cutest
It is virtually impossible for Baymax to be anything other than cute, no matter what he's dressed up as.
Baymax has always had a way of stealing the spotlight, but one artist found a new way to make the Big Hero 6 robot even more lovable. By reimagining him as a long list of Disney favorites, the result is equal parts nostalgic and adorable.
Demetria Skye, a self-taught illustrator from Scotland, turned Baymax into a cosplay-loving character who can pull off princesses, princes, and classic Disney icons with surprising ease. Her drawings use pens and pencils to give each piece a bright, playful look that feels straight out of childhood.
The series does not stop at Disney, either, and that is part of the fun. From Marvel to Mario and beyond, Skye keeps finding new ways to dress up Baymax, and the results are hard to resist.
