From cryptic messages to obvious shade, here are 15 celebs who seem like they have not fully moved on just yet.

1. Kanye West

Kanye has never been shy about sharing his thoughts, and with his recent split from his wife, Kim Kardashian, he's been quite vocal about wanting to get back together. However, it seems like he's edging into dangerous territory with comments that almost seem like threats against Kim's current boyfriend, Pete Davidson.

Getting back together after 20 years, with multiple marriages in between, seems like the ultimate sign that Ben, or maybe even Jennifer, really hasn't gotten over each other at all.

3. Sean Penn

Sean Penn has already been down the aisle three times, but it's that third marriage that seems to have him hung up. In a recent interview, he revealed that he is still in love with his most recent ex-wife, saying, "There's a woman who I'm so in love with, Leila George, who I only see on a day-to-day basis now because I f---ed up the marriage."

4. Shanna Moakler

Shanna and her ex, Travis Barker, have been divorced for over a decade now, but it seems that Shanna isn't as fully over Travis as she would like to be. Or maybe she's just jealous of his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian?

Who knows? Either way, she hasn't held back from shading the couple on social media.

It seems that rapper Future just can't let go of his former beau, Ciara. For one, he can't stop mentioning her name, and he's well-known for saying harsh things about Ciara's husband, Russell Wilson.

Back in 2022, Ciara and Russell were also seen leaving the Super Bowl party just as Future was set to perform, so maybe things are still a little tense between them all.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were everyone's favorite couple at one point, but throughout their relationship, they were on and off. They finally broke up, and Justin married Hailey Baldwin in 2018, but it seems like there are still some unresolved issues from his previous relationship.

Selena allegedly wrote the song "Lose You To Love Me" about Justin. She even publicly accused him of cheating on her with Hailey.
