Chris Young Cleared of All Charges Following Arrest at Bar in Nashville, Thanks Fans with New Song
Singer Chris Young has now been cleared of all accusations.
After an arrest at a Nashville bar, the country singer was cleared of all charges, and now he’s turning the whole ordeal into something new, a song dropping at midnight.
It all started January 22, when ABC agents claimed Young created a “hazardous or physically offensive condition” during what they described as a compliance check at a bar where he was seated. Young allegedly asked questions and recorded the encounter, then the situation escalated when he and a group of friends followed the agents to Dawg House, where an altercation was reported and patrons reportedly stepped in.
Now the charges are gone, and Young wants you to hear the aftermath in “Double Down” the moment it hits.
He continued, "No one should have to endure what I went through. However, amidst the turmoil, witnessing the love and support from all of you was a beacon of hope. As a token of my appreciation — because this wasn't planned — I'm releasing a new song from the album for you all to enjoy. We're dropping 'Double Down' at midnight, and I genuinely hope you relish it. Turn up the volume, savor it — I'm grateful for you all, I love you, and thank you."
In a statement, Young's lawyer, Bill Ramsey, remarked, "Mr."
