So I'm (28M), and I work in a small office with about 15 people. Lately, I've been noticing my lunches disappearing from the office fridge.

I started labeling my lunches with my name in big, bold letters. Lo and behold, my lunch magically stopped disappearing.
Until last week, when I noticed it missing again. Frustrated, I decided to check the office security footage, and there I saw a coworker, let's call them Alex, taking my lunch and eating it.
I was livid. Not only is it disrespectful, but it's also just plain wrong.
