Woman Shared Harassing DMs She Received From A Creep, And Now He Is Upset Because His Mom Found Out

I've never met a single girl who hasn't received messages from an irate dude like this.

A woman named Meagan Kennard says she was bombarded with harassing Snapchat messages from a man she matched with on Bumble but never met in person. What started as an uncomfortable online exchange quickly turned into something much uglier.

Kennard says Brian made her uneasy from the beginning, so she had no interest in seeing him. After saving screenshots of his messages, she posted them on Facebook, where the story spread fast and drew plenty of attention.

Now Brian is upset that the screenshots are out there, and the situation has only gotten messier. Smartphone screen showing harassing direct messages from an unknown manMeagan Kennard

Speaking of wedding drama, a bride banned her brother after his wild behavior, and her family fought back.

Kennard’s post went viral quickly, and she updated it, saying, “Since posting this, multiple people have reached out personally and let me know that Brian harassed them (or their friends) in the exact same way and is continuing to do so. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to these people for sharing their stories, and to everyone else who is being supportive of this situation.”

Brian’s girlfriend, if he really has one, must wonder why he devotes so much time to thinking about other women and how to stalk them! It turns out that Brian does not like all the attention he is receiving. He contacted Kennard and asked her to take the screenshots down, despite his contemptuous audacity when she initially shared them.

That’s when the backlash started hitting closer to home.

Brian claims that his family is now being contacted regarding his behavior by people who have seen Kennard’s story. He gave a lame apology but then indicated that if Kennard had just paid some attention to him, he wouldn’t have harassed her. Ah, such logic. Kennard explained in her new post that the two talked for about two days, and it was months ago; they barely knew each other.

Now the excuse sounds even thinner.

The reporters approached Brian for a comment, and he said that he was drunk when he wrote to Kennard. He claims he was simply giving her "a taste of her own medicine" for "disrespecting him, so she would "think twice about wasting another guy's time."

Brian stated, "This was a drunken mistake that shouldn't have so much traction as it does. It's pretty pathetic that so many people are so invested in this. You all really need to [go and] find something better to do with your time."

We can only hope that Brian will learn a lesson from all this. Or be processed by the authorities.
