Disney villains are usually scary in a kid-friendly way, but artist Shawn Coss took that idea much further. He reimagined some of the most recognizable characters from Disney movies as truly unsettling horror versions of themselves.

The result is a collection that keeps the original characters recognizable while making them look far more disturbing than anything seen on screen. From Ursula to Maleficent, each design pushes these villains into darker territory.
