Everyone is bound to have a fashion mishap at some point in their life, even if they are the most stylish icons out there. Even celebrities have experienced wardrobe malfunctions, and they sometimes have to deal with them mid-performance while facing a huge crowd on stage!
Most of the time, it's not really the wearer's fault for being afflicted by the wrath of fashion disasters at such inconvenient times. It's almost always the manufacturer's fault for using defective materials, like a broken zipper.
These types of disasters often lead to humiliation (nip slips, in particular), and while it's excusable for a performer on stage, commoners are not immune to the kind of attention (and sometimes humiliation, too) that they receive for wearing something awkward and disastrous in public. It's an unspoken rule that whenever we go out in public, we should always try our best to look good and feel good, but sometimes, weird fashion just takes over and makes us the subject of laughter behind our backs.
Sometimes a company tries to create new trends, and some people are quick to fall for that so-called "trend," completely overlooking the fact that their ideas are actually horrifying. Weird patterns that fall on the most awkward places on the body, bad typography, strange color combinations (in a bad way), technical statement errors—you name it, people have seen it all.
