Being friends with your boss on Facebook is a really bad idea unless you want to lose all of your freedom of speech. 

As we all know, social media can definitely get you fired. Some people even use it as leverage after losing an argument. You will constantly see people on Twitter mentioning someone's boss and trying to get them fired for speaking their mind and exercising their right to free speech.

This time, an employee was fired for sharing a funny meme on Facebook. The meme he shared was a picture of Elmo sitting on the potty with the caption: 

“Boss makes a dollar, I make a dime. That’s why I poop on company time,”
