34 Famous Gay Relationship Breakups That Fans Might Have Forgotten Existed
We've seen many gay couples come and go in the movie industry over the last few decades.
Gay celebrity relationships have always sparked a lot of interest. For some reason, gay romances are often accompanied by some of the most scathing headlines in recent decades.
Since Freddie Mercury, Elton John, and many other high-profile gay celebrities came out, it seems that fans can't get enough of gay melodramas, preferably with as many intimate details as possible. While this hasn't always been the case, we've seen many gay couples come and go in the movie industry over the last few decades.
The Welsh actor Luke Evans, for example, has been extremely private about his personal life. People frequently tell him that they can't believe he's gay, although he prefers not to discuss his family life with the media.
As a result, it's unclear how long he was in a relationship with Spanish model Jon Kortajarena. However, it was undeniably real and steamy between both celebrities.
Following their first public appearance together in October 2017, singer Sam Smith and actor Brandon Flynn confirmed their relationship on Instagram in December. According to Smith, they split amicably after eight months together.
Though some gay relationships have endured for a long time—for example, Sarah Paulson and Holland Taylor, Sir Elton John and David Furnish, and others—the shorter-lived rainbow flames are less likely to be remembered fondly years later.
We'll take you down memory lane to remind you of 34 famous gay couples you might have forgotten dated. Enjoy!
