20 People Relive Their Hair-Raising "I Have To Get Out Of Here" Moments
Together we say: "Not today, Satan! Not today."
Some moments give you a split second to decide whether to stay or run, and that instinct can make all the difference. A Reddit thread asked people to share the exact time they knew they had to get out of a situation fast, and the responses quickly turned into a parade of creepy, chaotic, and downright dangerous stories.
The posts range from strange encounters on the road to unsettling moments at work, on dates, and even at home. What makes them hit so hard is how ordinary many of these situations seemed right before everything changed.
Here are the stories that made people trust their gut and leave immediately.
This is the interesting question that started it all:

You can't always tell that what you're about to walk into is dangerous, but once you're in the moment, your spidey senses will definitely tingle to alert you about potential harm. Don't ignore that feeling.
That's a buried animal instinct telling you to hightail it out of wherever you are. Try to be observant of your surroundings, and if your gut tells you something is off about the situation or the person you're with, it's better to listen to it.
Some people only get one warning.
