Job interviews can be nerve-wracking, but they don't need to be.

Some people don’t recognize a favor, but in a job interview they can turn the whole thing into a two-way street fast.

It started with the usual “So why exactly did you quit?” moment, except the comment section basically turned that question into a mini interrogation. One person suggested getting the tea from an ex-employee, another said to reverse the question right back, and a few others talked about how the real trick is watching how the interviewer handles being caught off guard.

Because if they can’t be straight with you, you’re not the only one who should be wondering what’s going on.

That “why did you quit?” line is where the tables start getting flipped, especially when someone wants to know what the ex-employee really saw behind the scenes.

Then comes the part where the candidate reverses it, so the interviewer has to explain themselves the same way they were just questioned.

After that, people keep bringing up how asking the same type of question back reveals whether the interviewer is honest or dodging it.

And once you see how they respond when you ask what it’s like to work there, you can tell if they’re the kind of management you’d actually want to deal with daily.

Well, this was interesting. We can definitely see ourselves using these, as some of them would definitely help you look into the employer and the management a bit more.
