Cute Baby's Photos Go Totally Viral Because She's Just So Grumpy Looking
They're calling her the Mean Muggin' Baby, and the nickname fits.
A newborn photo session is usually all soft blankets, tiny fingers, and proud parents hoping for one perfect shot. But sometimes a baby has other plans, and that is exactly what happened to the Muna family.
Luna was born in November 2019, and her parents, Christian and Lori, brought her to photographer Justine Tuhey for those early keepsake photos. Tuhey knew newborn sessions could be unpredictable, but Luna's expressions turned the whole shoot into something far more memorable than anyone expected.
And once the photos hit social media, the grumpy little face had a life of its own.
Photographer Justine Tuhy said:
"These might just be the best baby facial expressions I have ever captured! Mom and Dad both said she came out with this same face! I just love it!"

In an interview with Good Morning America, Tuhy said:
"She was completely content the entire time. She just gave me the stare down the entire time as well.I always wonder when they're that awake, 'What are they thinking exactly? Do you love this or majorly dislike it?'"

"I used to do a mean-mug [face] in my office as a joke with my colleagues. Now, instead of having that weird face, I just have my phone with a photo of Luna on it."
