This Man's Comeback to a Misogynistic Podcast About Women After Giving Birth Went Viral

The three men from the podcast said they would leave their wives if they didn't look incredible after having their babies.

Is there anything more wholesome than seeing someone proclaim the extreme love and appreciation they have for their partner? We think not, and that's why we love Professor Chesko!

You see, Chesko, a Communication Studies professor from LA, recently posted an emotional video on TikTok speaking about how much he loves and adores his wife. The loving husband filmed the video in response to hearing three men disparaging women and how their bodies change after giving birth on the No Filter podcast.

The men said that women "let themselves go" after pregnancy and birth. And, of course, Chesko's genuine and teary reaction immediately went viral.

With over 2.3 million likes and more than 10.3 million views, Chesko says he was shocked by the response he received. "I've had a few other videos get a couple million views, but the reaction was nothing like this," said Professor Chesko.

"The overwhelming positivity in comments, emails, stitches, and DMs from people has been one of the greatest experiences of my career and just shows why it is so important to allow yourself to be vulnerable for an audience," he said. Chesko states that the video was entirely spontaneous, and his emotions were genuine.

"I just filmed one take from the heart and quickly captioned and posted it right before I had to sign into a department meeting - I think that's one of the reasons it resonated so much with people, though," Chesko explained. "If I had tried scripting something like this, it would have felt very disingenuous."

Professor Chesko has been married to his beautiful wife for 11 years. "I grew up with a single mom and a toxic father who wasn't really a part of my life, so I'm kind of winging it as I go as far as this marriage thing is concerned," he said.

"I didn't actually ever want to get married since I only knew it as this hurtful thing, but that changed almost immediately when I started dating her," Chesko explained. "I even started saving up for an engagement ring just a few months after we started dating and proposed just a couple of weeks before our one-year anniversary."

So, what advice does this incredible husband have for other couples? "Love your partner recklessly," he says.

"What I mean by that is that you need to love without reservation and concern for reciprocation, and if they love you back the same way, then even all the hard stuff just seems to fade away," said Chesko. "So even when the times are tough, and we've had rocky times just like any other couple, the love is still always there, keeping us anchored to one another."

What beautiful sentiments from such a loving husband. We wish Professor Chesko and his family all the happiness in the world!
