"I've always loved food."

Some people can eat their way through a takeaway menu and still somehow keep the same slim figure. Sabrina Moore, a 26-year-old from the UK, has turned that unusual talent into a social media following, thanks to videos about the fast food she eats almost every day.

So, what does Sabrina's diet look like each day? She begins with a black coffee, a chocolate twist, a Whisper Gold bar, hash browns, and a breakfast wrap.

Then, throughout the day, Sabrina snacks on more chocolate bars before tucking into a takeaway or going out to a restaurant for dinner. Phew - that's a lot of calories!

Sabrina started posting videos on TikTok during lockdown. "I posted a couple of gymnastic challenges at first, but I didn't get any traction," she said.

"I posted a video of me eating a Chinese takeaway, and it went viral; my phone was pinging non-stop. It's really overwhelming, but it feels really good that it's enough for me to just be myself and have people like me for who I am."

It also echoes the fast-food-loving coworker who demanded tastes of my homemade lunches while calling them “rabbit food”.

That one video changed everything for her online.

Sabrina believes people like watching her because she's so down-to-earth. "That's why people follow me; it's authentic. I'm just being myself and eating what I want," she said.

"You don't have to be a perfect person online. It makes me so happy and proud to be who I am," Sabrina said. But there is some deeper meaning to Sabrina's content. "I've had people say it's helped with their eating disorders, and I'm normalizing food for them," she says."It makes me really happy and proud," Sabrina said. "If I can help in any way, I'm happy to do that."

Keep being you, Sabrina! You're changing the world one Chinese takeaway at a time.

Her followers are clearly here for the food, and the drama around it.

Still, Sabrina’s 5,000-calorie takeaway habit is nothing compared to the coworker who kept stealing my office lunch after I refused to share recipes.
