This couple's wedding invitations struck some people the wrong way when they read about their penny-pinching tactic for inviting guests. Now, of course, people can do whatever they want at their wedding, but they must understand how some guests will react.

She displayed the invitation she received, which stated at the bottom, "Pay for your own meal." Ultimately, this couple is inviting guests to their wedding but asking them to pay for their own food when they arrive.

Ultimately, if you can't pay for the food at your wedding, then perhaps you shouldn't be having a wedding, consider different food options, or invite fewer people. No matter what, I don't think that asking guests to pay for their own food was the right choice.

We can all relate to this comment because we have definitely never heard of or been to a wedding that was BYOF.

Honestly, we can't imagine that this couple provided anything for consumption for free at their wedding, so it might be BYOB as well. As a guest, I would have a lot of questions.
