TikToker Goes Viral For Exposing A Really Weird Personality Test For A Job

If you've had to take any personality test for a job, then you've probably encountered some odd scenarios on them.

A 28-year-old woman refused to just “take the test” and move on. Instead, she went viral by screen-recording her job personality questionnaire and roasting every confusing, oddly worded question like it personally offended her.

In her TikTok, she flips through screenshot after screenshot, talking over the answers with comments like, “Food’s morally neutral,” and side-eyeing prompts that basically make you wonder if you’re supposed to be a person or a soup kitchen. The test throws around weird scenarios, and she keeps calling out how the questions don’t even connect to what they claim to measure.

We've all probably had at least one job that required us to complete a questionnaire like this. She makes a lot of comments and remarks while sharing the screenshots.

“First of all, I have a huge problem with this: resist temptation,” she said. “Food’s morally neutral.”

She goes on to talk about how she feels weird about some of the questions and what they are implying.

She also explains how the questions simply don't make a lot of sense regarding what they are asking.

“Are they asking if I volunteer at soup kitchens? Am I a soup kitchen? Do I participate in soup kitchens? What are they asking? That’s not even a question.”

The questions honestly get even more confusing as she goes through them.

Her commentary is quite hilarious, and we completely understand what she's saying. Here she says, “Like I’m down for new experiences, but I won’t eat octopus.”

We feel her on that and think that's a valid response.

It turns out that this questionnaire had about 50 of these really odd questions that she had to go through and answer.

Then this is where the comments started coming in, and people were just as confused as she was.

Realistically, I feel like these questions are just pointless and don't help to show your personality before an in-person interview anyway.

Her response is truly funny.

You'd think that this is exactly what it is, but think again because it's a job interview.

Most people know that these are not very effective, but it seems that some places still use them.

It's really wild that this is what people are using to determine if an interview is applicable.

Here is the full TikTok video so you can see exactly what she had to say about this personality quiz.

She starts the roast with “resist temptation” and “food’s morally neutral,” and somehow that’s just the beginning of the chaos.

This also feels like the employee who refused the office lunch fund because they can’t eat the food.

Then she hits the question about soup kitchens, like, “Am I a soup kitchen?” and the whole thing sounds less like personality research and more like word salad.

By the time she says she’s “down for new experiences, but I won’t eat octopus,” you can feel viewers realizing this isn’t screening, it’s nonsense.

And when she mentions there are about 50 of these questions, the comments basically turn into a group chat of people asking the same “what are they even asking?” question.

We've probably all taken one of these personality tests before, but we can likely all agree that they aren't very accurate and don't truly reflect who we are. We don't blame her for coming to TikTok to share this, but what do you think about these questions?

Nobody wants to be judged by “am I a soup kitchen” before they even sit down for the interview.

After watching her roast that job test, see why this coworker wouldn’t share secret recipes at work. AITA for keeping my unique lunch buffets to myself.
